Cocktails Anyone??!!

Well, one week back and we decided to throw a "Welcome Back" cocktail party!!!

Friday night we hosted a little last minute get-together and it was a blast!! Sometimes those unplanned, "not really" prepared parties, are the BEST!!! Thanks to all of our friends I only had a few appetizers to make...everyone brought one to share...and we provided the drinks!!! I served the famous new Tastefully Simple Sangria Slush garnished with oranges...it was a HUGE hit!! Jon served the "hard stuff" for the guys!! Kids were welcome and were so well behaved!! Some cooked in the "kitchen" while others went snowboarding on the Wii, some rode bikes, and others just kept eating (my child)! It was so nice to catch up and see our friends after being gone for 7 weeks. Two of them are prego...Aysun as you know, and my dear friend Cara is also expecting in May!! So fun and turned out to be a LATE night for us early birds!! It was a great night of food & friends!! Not to mention I had a reason to buy a few new "cutie" decorations for the house!
