Pit-Stop in Paris

On our route home last month we had a four day pit-stop in Paris!! We even got to ride on the Emirates "Airbus A380" and sit upstairs. It was so awesome. The three of us hung out at the bar and had some treats & wine. How cool that this plane has an area for a social gathering...love it!! Fayth liked it too!! As for Paris, it was heavenly...our room...well, let's just say "not so heavenly"...gotta love Expedia and the nice photos online. However; we didn't care we were spending most of our time sightseeing, eating at cafes, munching on bear claws (my FAVORITE), touring the city, and heading to Euro Disney. It had to be BEST weather in the world...about 72, breezy and sunny skies. We were lovin' it cuz when we left Dubai was at a whopping 115!! So... we did the whole tourist thing with Fayth and even spent an entire 11 hour day at Disney!! Could have been my favorite 11 hours with her ever...she was so excited & on cloud nine... Jon and I could feel her energy!! She is in love with the Princesses and was at the perfect age in my mind!! We did the whole ride the rides thing, ate our way through the park, she napped in her stroller, changed outfits midday to her "second" of three souvenirs...a Minnie Mouse costume she picked out! (We decided 3 souvies cuz she is 3 years old...must say...it worked out really well...and did I mention if she was naughty, whinny, or poopie we could take one away...She was an angel and actually deserved more than three she was so GOOD!!) and ended our day with the Princess character dinner! She smiled and was so "star struck" when she met Cinderella. Cinderella about DIED when she saw Fayth and couldn't believe how stinkin' cute she was...made for a really special fancy dinner! Thanks Gramie & Papa for sending us money and treating us to this and Fayth's souvies...it was a very special memory that will last a lifetime! Sure wish our families could have been there to see here throughout the day!!

Paris was wonderful!! The Eiffel tower was fun with Fayth and was a cool comparison to the Burj Khalifa for us all. Fayth also loved seeing the Arc De' Triomph and shopping on the Champs E'lysees and taking a boat ride down the Seine River!! All in all, a great family pit-stop!!

The real kicker...I took over 400 photos in three days and then my battery died...had the charger with but not adapter...however; we were wrapping our trip up so it was o.k. Thank GOD it wasn't the day at Disney...I would have been "one of those suckers" buying a camera at the Emporium. So anyway, enjoy some of our favorite photos...
