Well, we were packed and ready to hit the road. Never knew you could take so much "stuff" for only a few days!! We were loaded down with baby, Tinkerbell, and sunscreen!
Highly recommended by my friend Cara & a hotspot for a weekend adventure...FUJAIRAH!!! It is another emirate about 90 minutes from Dubai, between the Hajjar Mountains and the Indian Ocean so we headed out early in the morning. We just wanted to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to a little more peaceful place!!
The drive was amazing. We saw camels, a little lady with upside down sunglasses, tons of goats roadside, LARGE pictures of Sheiks on billboards, markets, no tall buildings and tons of beautiful mountains. It was a great drive and only took us a little under two hours. Of course daddy got us door to door with no problems...he is an excellent navigator.
