Last weekend was spent in Downers Grove with my sister and her family. As a lot of you know, when you have two homes and "combined" families, it makes it hard to see EVERYONE at the same time. Well, we worked it out and it was a wonderful weekend minus Jon. He had to head back to Dubai to meet some project deadlines and we were sad he wasn't with us. However; Dan, did make a special trip in the weekend before so at least HE could see Jon for a few hours. Thanks Dan...that was super nice and Jon was happy he could see you!!
So, we once again celebrated Fayth's & Papa's birthday, ate more cake, gained more weight, and blew out some candles!! She was given her first Barbies, from Barbie nut and collector, auntie Cindy along with some other great gifts! Thanks for having Fayth's final birthday bash! It was a visit full of fun birthdays!
Sunday afternoon was spent watching the "RED CARPET" & Oscars, playing "little people" for the little people (cousin Ryan & Fayth), and Cindy and I drinking some wine and doing our nails. It was nice just spending some time with my "sis."
