Qualify??

Does this entry qualify for a blog...well...kinda!! It's called "Our Adventures in Dubai" and this does happen to be the fashion capital of the world!! So, I'm saying, YES...it qualifies!

I have searched high and low last "Fall" & "Winter" in Dubai and this "Fall" and FINALLY got my self some new kickers!!!

I have had the same pair of black boots since 2004...and for those of you that know me...I pretty much wear them all winter long everyday!! They are so versatile...look great with black pants, jeans, tights and skirts...etc, etc. Well, my oldies but goodies have seen better days and I finally just tossed them down the dump shoot!!

Today after rushing around the mall for 2 1/2 hours, while Fayth was at school, I must have tried on 25 pairs, at 14 or so different stores, and bingo...found some great ones at Aldo. They have two looks and I love them!! The inside has suede when you fold them over. I have been looking since I got back in September and finally hit the jackpot. The sad thing...they probably cost 30% less in the states but 'oh, well!" Needed them for our trip home this winter!

You may be asking yourself, Dubai, boots...and the answer is "OH, YEAH BABY"...these fashion goo-roos even wear Uggs with short shorts and tank tops!!! It's Paris Hilton all over Dubai. We may live in the desert but there are definitely seasons here when it comes to dressing appropriately and "boot season" is just around the corner!!

As you can tell...I am so pumped...Love my new leather Boots...sassy, sexy, and so practical!!!
