Fringe anyone...

better known as "bangs" to us!! Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later right?? Every little girl does it, right?? I did and gave myself some lovely "ugly bangs" a gazillion years ago... So, just a short story. I was tidying the family room a few days ago and I came across about four inches of pretty blond hair. First thought...Barbie got a haircut...second thought...I'm going to "kill" her...third thought...deep breathe...Yes, a little girl cut a small (very small) but long piece of hair from the front of her hair. Why I asked, "Because mommy, my hair was in my eyes!!" Yes...that's right (and quite true) but are you frickin' kidding me was my response. I believe I said...I make a shitload of bows everyday and we have every headband and hairclip under the sun in this house...why didn't you just ask me or pin them back!!! And actually, that sounds a whole lot nicer than what really came out!! I was worried all day that the "Dubai DCSF" was comin' a knockin'. Well, I'm quite sure it won't happen again...or at least I don't' think so!! Consequences...she spent her day in her room playing by herself...no scissors for at least a month...and a mom that scared the "bajesus" out of her!! My final thought...maybe she was just reading the latest VIVA magazine...they say "Fringe" is in!!!! Not for her...not now!!!
