trips to the beach! Today is our last day as "just girls" as daddy gets home tonight and we can't wait!! He's been on a business trip all week and returns late tonight. So, what to do as we wait daddy's arrival...HIT THE BEACH!! I packed the bags, "confidently had to remember" how to get to the Marina, stopped at Starbucks for breakfast at 8:00 am and then hit Dubai Marina beach. It was a HOT day today and gorgeous. The beach was jam packed...even at 9:00 am! Oh, and did we have "so much fun!" I promised myself I won't take my camera to the beach everytime but the first of the season was a must!! Fayth was a totally different "girl" this year on the beach. She loved the sand, water, and everything about it. I see many Fridays, at the beach, in our future. (Now I just need to duck tape my mouth shut and lose some more weight!) I've even changed "the agenda" for next Friday when our friends PJ & Kristen are here...it's a must do next Friday morning. The gulf was so warm and it was just peaceful and gorgeous with happy people everywhere!! I took a boatload of pictures and am posting a ton!! Hope this post sends warm weather your way...As for the photos...one of the last ones you can see the Atlantis hotel & resort way out at the end. That is the famous Palm Jumeriah. Then, the last one demonstrates what a 3 year old looks like after almost 3 hours at the beach!!
And Gammy...Yes...I know you TOO well...I have already uploaded the photos and sent them Walgreens so you can scrapbook a spread. Could ya make me one too...ha ha!!
