Today us gals got "on a sugar high" and ready for the Easter bunny to come to town!!
Gramie & Papa sent Fayth her Easter "Chotchkey" (as we call it) to gear us up for the upcoming holiday!! It was like the BEST EXPLOSION of chocolate, decorations, stickers, plates & napkins, pez, peeps, pajamas, and everything else you can imagine!! Fayth of course thought this was the best box yet from Gramie...NO JOKE, "exact words!" and downed a chocolate bunny on a stick in three seconds flat!! This girl LOVES chocolate and chows down like no other!! I must admit...I, too, downed a Fannie Mae bunny myself (sorry...mom...I know they're not for me...but I just had too!) Now she can't wait for St. Patty's day to be over to decorate the apartment for Easter. She said it will look "so cute" for PJ & Kristen, our visitors next week!! As always, this child is spoiled rotten but I LOVE how excited she gets to decorate, gear up for the holidays, and is always so gracious with gifts. After opening the EXPLOSION she said, "I really need to thank Gramie...this stuff is great!" I then added...you need to thank poor PAPA, too!! And to think the Easter bunny, Miss Bunny (aka the Gammy) and aunties have more on the way...that's insane!! Or maybe not...it's part of being a little kid!! You're only three once and the Easter bunny doesn't live forever, or does he?? According to daddy the Easter bunny & Santa bring gifts to EVERYONE of ALL ages forever and ever!! Thanks Gramie & Papa...we can't wait to hang the fun stuff & get FAT!!

Wow!!!! That's quite the pre-Easter haul! Fayth is so lucky to have such thoughtful (and generous!) grandparents! She's a great age for all this "holiday fun"!!! And your home looks really cute, Suz --- just like it always did in Cary! We miss you guys alot! Hugs from MKE! xoxoxo

Oh my goodness Fayth! WOW!! You are so lucky to have such a wonderful grandma who sent you such a nice Easter package!!! Veronica and I will have to come over and check out all your loot! It was so nice of your grandma to think of bringing Easter to you in Dubai! :)
Some things never change! :) I remember the days when Grammie Lynn (and Papa Tom) sent us holiday goodies,decorations, beanie babies, food, etc in COLLEGE! I feel left out now! J/K Fayth has no clue she is on the other side of the world in a place that doesn't celebrate these holiday's! Lucky her! :)
