Well, I had chicken, spinach, and baked potatoes planned for dinner but by the time we got home we decided it was close to 7:00 and we would just go out. We have an Entertainment coupon book we try to use as much as possible...so we picked a place out of the book at the Dubai Mall, jumped in the car, and headed over for dinner. The Roadster Diner sits across from the ice rink and the "hustle and bustle" of the mall which made it fun for Fayth. The food was good and I didn't have to cook! I took the camera and got a few shots!!
